What are Points?

The Holiday Club is acquiring a variety of resort accommodation in New Zealand and Australia.  This accommodation is measured in weeks and the value of these weeks is converted into Points.

As a Member you are allocated your Points each year on the anniversary date of the registration of your purchase.  The period between each anniversary date is known as the Use Year.

Points not utilised in a Use Year are automatically accrued at the end of each Use Year, and only expire at the end of your third Use Year.  The number of Points allocated to you depends on the number of Points you acquired.

Remember to pay your annual Membership Fees so that you can use your Points and make reservations for the holiday destination of your choice.

Each of the accommodation units available to The Holiday Club has a different Points Value depending, amongst others, on the following:

  • The size of the unit.
  • Quality of accommodation and finishes.
  • Location and region.
  • Unit furnishings.
  • Unit equipment and appliances.
  • Resort facilities and amenities.
  • Time of Year (season).
  • Popular seasonal events held in the area of the resort.
  • Purchase price of the unit.
