TRAVEL TIPS

  • For all peak periods e.g. school holidays or ski season, book as far in advance as possible.
  • Some properties may not have an on-site manager, so read your confirmation carefully for details to arrange your check in.
  • Accommodation is self contained so use the opportunity to take those little extras.
  • If you have any special requests e.g. cot, highchair, or even to check the availability of extra car parking, phone the resort in advance to place your request.
  • If arriving late and out of Reception hours, phone the resort in advance to arrange for a late check-in.
  • All resorts offer a welcome pack on arrival which include complimentary items for your first night: soap, toilet rolls, laundry powder, diswashing powder/liquid, sponge and scourer.
    Linen is supplied at all The Holiday Club apartments/unts.
  • The apartments/units are not serviced daily. There is a service provided upon departure ready for the incoming guests, while members staying for two weeks can expect a mid stay service.
  • The Holiday Club does not provide travel insurance for its members.It is recommended that members arrange their own travel insurance prior to the commencement of any journey within Australia or overseas.
